The staff We had a great stay overall, but there are a couple of important things that could be improved. The accommodation itself is wonderful – clean, comfortable, and with very friendly staff. A special thanks to our housekeeper, who adored our 2-year-old, and also to Kiki, the owner, who was extremely kind and welcoming ❤️. The biggest disappointment, unfortunately, was the food. For an 8-day stay, the selection was very poor. It felt too tailored to English guests, without offering even basic, simple dishes like chicken, potatoes, pasta, sauces, or more vegetables. Thank goodness pizza was available every afternoon, otherwise we would have struggled even more. At every meal, there were fries, but almost nothing else that felt like proper food. When we returned home, we were just so happy to finally eat a “normal” meal again. The second issue was the swim-up pool in the deluxe suite. It was far too cold – we only used it twice in 8 days because it was freezing, and our little one actually caught a cold from swimming in it. The pool is in the shade most of the day, and without heating it is almost unusable, which is such a shame because it looks beautiful. Hopefully, they will consider installing heating, as it would make a huge difference. Overall, the accommodation and staff were fantastic, but the food and the cold pool really affected our experience. With improvements in these areas, this place could easily be perfect.

It was absolutely immaculate. The cleaners and all the staff take so much pride in keeping the resort, food areas, and gardens clean and tidy. The food was really good! You were able to choose from the buffet breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or there was a Grill Bar that served Gyros or an on-site pizzeria.

Really nice hotel, amazing food (also local one), no half finished food which is just warmed up as in some other hotels Possibility of late check out, till 15 (40 eur), 18 (60 eur) I asked for late check out and I had to move but this was a great upgrade bcd I had to move to a room in 1st floor which had a pool!

The rooms are clean and tidy, but getting a little tired and definitely lacking in power sockets for this day and age, but otherwise very good. The bed was also a little bit hard for my taste, but my wife was ok with this. Pool area, food, and bar, all good - the food does get a little samey, but this is expected at an all-inclusive buffet.

Great food, lovely pool,very nice rooms. Place was spotless. Day time water Zumba great fun.
